Fairfield Ford is great with customers.-----I am a busy business owner and when other big dealers in the Sacramento area kept playing the come in and let us show you what we have, then litterly ghosting me when I asked about used cars.

This was not the case of Fairfield Ford. Mark D. was great with my asking to do things via text and email, and got us to come in on our terms. We then got hooked up with Hashem K. and were out with a used FORD Maverick in just over 2 hours. I will be purchusing our next company truck here as well!

I would go to the Fairfield ford dealer again. they had good inventory, great attitude, very helpful with my questions, not in a rush and no high pressure sales tactics. They supplied any info I needed to make a informed decision. I went to two other ford dealers, one didn't hardly have any inventory and the other felt like they didn't really want to sell me a vehicle on my terms. these guys were great.
